Your area of ​​responsibility
Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems to ensure product quality in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify potential quality problems early and develop solutions.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies through regular inspections, training and audits.
Development and implementation of training programs for employees on topics such as quality management, occupational safety and environmental protection.
Manage quality and EHS documentation, including reports, logs and records to document compliance.
Collaborate with other departments, particularly Production, Engineering/Technology, Development and Purchasing, to integrate quality and EHS requirements throughout the entire production process.
Leading a team of quality and EHS professionals, including task allocation, performance appraisals and employee development.

your qualification
Completed studies in engineering, quality management, occupational safety or a related field.
Several years of experience in quality assurance and occupational safety, ideally in the metalworking manufacturing industry or related areas.
Solid application knowledge and in-depth audit experience of DIN ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 50001 as well as EHS systems
Qualification as an internal auditor ISO 9001 /14001/45001/50001 desirable
Experience and knowledge of CAQ systems and CMM technology
Experience in leading teams and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex quality and EHS challenges.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent German and English skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
