New pioneer workwear GmbH develops and sells fashion for everyday working life under the pioneer workwear label. We offer a wide variety of high-quality and functional clothing for industry, trade and services. Our model makers develop collections that are based on what dresses people professionally at work, protects them and also makes them look good.

This is your area of ​​responsibility:

• You actively acquire new customers and support our existing dealers through regular on-site visits in your sales area
• You will present our collection as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at customer sites and at national trade fairs
• You organize and carry out promotions at the POS and give product training
• You work closely with the customer service team and product management
• You create customer and market analyzes and reports

You can prove these requirements:

• Completed commercial training or business studies
• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of workwear and PPE
• Very good market knowledge in the professional clothing trade, very good customer contacts in the technical trade and contract customers
• Knowledge of building a customized collection
• Confident and personable demeanor
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sales-oriented, effective way of working
• High intrinsic motivation, great initiative, high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally experience with CRM systems
